How to delete your account

In the Baila app (version 1.11 or later)

1. Open the app and tap the Profile tab.
2. Tap “Delete account”.
3. Type the 4-digit code shown on the screen and tap “Delete account permanently”.
4. Confirm with “Yes, delete my account”.

On the website

1. Sign in to your account at vaidebaila.app.
2. Open My account › Security.
3. Under “Danger zone”, click “Delete account” and confirm with “Yes, delete my account”.

The website accepts email and password or Google. If you only sign in with Apple, delete the account in the app or write to us.

Can't sign in to the account?

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”, giving the email address or phone number registered on the account. Before deleting it, we reply asking you to confirm the account is yours.

What is erased

When you confirm, we permanently erase from your account:

• The name, email, tax ID (CPF) and phone number on your profile
• Your profile photo
• Your saved payment cards
• Your active sessions and the sign-in link with Google or Apple
• Your devices' registration for notifications

What is kept

Some records stay on file after deletion:

• Purchase and payment records, with the tax ID (CPF) given at purchase and the last four digits of the card used, kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires
• Proof of the terms and consents you accepted, with the name, email, document, IP address and device details recorded when you accepted, kept for as long as the law requires
• Records held by the organizers of the events you took part in, such as attendee lists, ticket transfers and check-in, which each organizer is responsible for
• The customer record created at the payment processor when you made a purchase, which follows the processor’s own rules
• Website usage statistics associated with an internal account identifier

Before you delete

• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
• Tickets already issued remain valid at the events, but you will no longer be able to open them in the account. Keep the email with your tickets.
• If you are the only owner of an organizer workspace, transfer ownership to someone else first — or contact Baila if there is nobody to transfer it to.
• Your fan club subscriptions end immediately and are not charged again. Deleting the account does not refund amounts already paid, including annual plans: if you want to ask the organizer for a refund, do it before deleting.
