I got tickets by e-mail from an organizer. Now what?
How to use the QR codes that arrived by e-mail and activate your Baila account to see them in the app.
If you bought a ticket directly from the organizer (cash, bank transfer, at the door) and received an e-mail from Baila titled "Your tickets for…", the organizer registered you on the event.
You can already get in
The QR codes are attached to the e-mail, one file per ticket. At the door, show the image on your phone or printed. The staff can also find you by name.
Want the tickets in the app?
In the e-mail, tap Activate my account. The link is valid for 7 days.
Create a password and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You are signed in automatically and see your tickets.
Get the Baila app (App Store or Google Play) and sign in with the same e-mail: your tickets are always at hand, even offline.
Before activating, your account exists only as pending activation: no password and no confirmed e-mail. Nothing was accepted on your behalf — the terms only apply once you activate, and nobody can take that account over without the link that reaches your inbox.
The link expired or I can't find the e-mail
- On the sign-in screen, use Forgot password with the e-mail the organizer used. If the account is still pending activation, you get a new activation link (valid for 1 hour).
- You can also ask the organizer to resend the e-mail.
- Trying to sign up with the same e-mail also works: instead of creating another account, Baila re-sends the activation link.
I already have a Baila account with that e-mail
Then the tickets went straight into your account. Sign in as usual on the site or in the app and open My tickets.
